            <description><![CDATA[An external service provider we depend on is continuing to experience problems. Working on a temporary solution via an app update this week that will be followed up by a permanent server-side solution in the coming weeks.

A solution has been put in place that will gradually resolve the problem over the next week. Failures should be immediately reduced and disappear altogether over the next several days.

The solution put in place yesterday worked quicker than expected. No search failures in the last 16 hours. Resolved.]]></description>
